Kathleen Sailsbery (aka KC) is the owner of Platte River Realty LLC and an active REALTOR® in Colorado. She started in the real estate industry as a property manager in college and enjoyed following the market in her spare time. KC was ready for a career change in 2018 and completed her real estate licensure program at Colorado Real Estate School.  In 2022, she earned her Graduate REALTOR Institute designation which is an extensive, advanced real estate training program supported by the National Association of REALTORS®.

KC has experience selling residential, commercial and industrial properties with a primary focus on sales in Northeastern Colorado.  One of her greatest joys is helping others to successfully close on the sale or purchase of property.  She is very patient and willing to take the extra time to explain procedures and answer questions.  KC is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Colorado Association of REALTORS® and the Greeley Area Board of REALTORS®.

Prior to KC’s career in real estate, she spent 16 years as an educator teaching 9^th grade-college level students. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University.

When she’s not working, KC enjoys spending time with her family traveling, camping, surfing and hang out at the lake.
